Q. Can I sell products on my site? A. Our $99.00 sites do not have a shopping cart feature, however you can paste Pay Pal code and Pay Pal buttons in your pages and sell online as well as link to other pages in a separate online store, like a yahoo store.
Q. How do I setup email accounts? A. We will setup email accounts for your web site on your behalf.
You will have the option to add up to 3 email accounts to your domain. Additional email accounts can be created for a flat fee of $9.95 with no ongoing monthly fees.
Q. Can I swap my site to a different template? A. Yes, for a fee of $49.00 we will swap your site to any of the templates in our library that are compatible to your chosen package.
Q. Is it easy to use?, I am not good with design or HTML. A. Yes, our simple editor and image upload process was designed so that both complete amateurs and advanced users can edit and style there content with ease.
Q. Will my credit card be billed when my hosting is due to expire? A. No, we do not re-bill credit cards, an email will be sent to your administration email account notifying you of your account status 3 months before your hosting expiry date.
Q. Is there a lock in contract period? Can I remove my site? A. There is no lock in contract, and you can remove your site at any time. Simply write us an email with details and proof of account ownership and we will remove your site upon your request.
Q. How much storage will my site have? A. Both our packages come with 1 Gig storage and 5 Gig monthly bandwidth.
Q. Do you provide customer support? A. Yes we do, customer support will be available for the first month following your website purchace and we will act promptly on any issues that are related to our system not behaving as it should.
We have an extensive help file that covers just about every area of our CMS system, Our system has been setup in a way, so that it is that easy to use, customer support is rarely asked.
Q. I don't have a domain name, how do I obtain one? A. We will register your domain name for you (subject to availability) for a fee of $49.95.
Simply send us an email or use our contact form to notify us of your domain name preferences.
If available we will contact you by email and inform you of payment methods to enable us to register your domain name on your behalf.
Q. I already have registered my domain name, how do I set it up to be hosted on your server? A. During the purchase process you will have the option to provide us with the register site address or company name that you purchased your domain name from, as well as domain name management username and password, we will edit the name servers so that your domain points to your new site, this process can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
There is a one off setup fee of $35.00 to edit the DNS on existing domains..
Q. This deal seems too good to be true, surely there are hidden fees! A. Absolutely not, there are no hidden fees or monthly fees.
You only pay the initial setup fee of $99.00 which includes your website, domain name registration fee if required, and $120 per year hosting.
